Terms, Policies & Insurance
Business Information
Cozy Paws at The Grand is operated by 4Four LLC (dba Cozy Paws at The Grand). We carry general liability and pet care coverage through Lemonade Insurance for property damage, injury, and pet‑related incidents occurring during scheduled services.
Service Agreement
- All pets must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious illness/parasites.
- Bookings are confirmed in writing (text/email/booking platform).
- Disclose special needs, medications, or behavioral notes prior to service.
Payments
- Payment is due at booking to reserve dates.
- Accepted methods: card, digital wallet, or other methods as listed in your invoice.
Cancellation & Refunds
Walks, Daycare, Bathing, Drop‑Ins: Cancel 24 hours before your appointment for a full credit; less than 24 hours is non‑refundable.
Boarding: Cancel 7 days before start for a full credit; 3–6 days prior = 50% credit; within 48 hours is non‑refundable.
No‑Shows: Forfeit the booking fee.
Refunds: Issued only if Cozy Paws must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Liability
- We prioritize safety and care, but cannot be responsible for conditions beyond reasonable control.
- In emergencies, we will contact you immediately and may transport your pet to the nearest veterinarian.
- Pets are cared for at the owner’s risk.
- Owners are financially responsible for any damages, repairs, or replacements caused by their pet that exceed $100 in value (including property, bedding/equipment, or other pets’ belongings).
Photography & Updates
We love to share how your pup is doing! By using our services you consent to photo/video updates and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.
